We only collect data that is necessary to provide and improve TechGRC AI. This includes telemetry on how you use the editor, but we never collect your source code unless you explicitly opt-in to features that require it (like cloud-based indexing).
For our Pro and Business users, we offer Zero Data Retention. This means your code is never stored on our servers and is never used to train our models.
TechGRC AI is SOC2 Type II certified. We undergo regular third-party audits to ensure our security practices meet the highest industry standards.
Whenever possible, we process data locally on your machine. Our goal is to minimize the amount of data that ever leaves your perimeter.
